Shop Policies


Domestic Shipping is sent by First Class bubble mailer up to 3 days after your purchase is made. For custom work, please allow 7–10 days for your item to be made and shipped. I am not responsible for any delays after your package has arrived at the post office. If your item has been marked as "delivered" but you have not received your package, please file a 'Lost Package' claim with your local Post Office. If this has not resolved the issue after 48 hours, please contact me, and I will do what I can to help you recover your package.


Due to the 'made to order' nature of our items, there will be a 20% (of the purchase price) restocking fee for any accepted returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that are sent back to us.

  • EARRINGS: Due to health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless the item arrives broken on delivery. (See Below)

  • Custom Orders: There will be no refunds given for custom orders unless the items arrive broken on delivery. (See Below)

  • All other Jewelry: Refunds and exchanges are only offered if the items arrive broken on delivery (See Below)


* In the event your jewelry arrives broken, please take a photograph of the package and its contents and contact me within 48 hours of receipt so I may issue a refund, repair, or replacement.

Custom Orders:

  • Cancellations: Any cancellations for your custom order must be done within 24 hours of purchase

  • Refunds: As stated above, there are no refunds given for custom orders unless the items arrive broken on delivery. (see Broken on Delivery for instructions)
